Ethics and Integrity

I adhere to global coach competencies as outlined by ICF and EMCC. I maintain a lifestyle centred on well-being, consideration and responsible choices.

I find a direct link between emotional awareness and being alcohol free. I cultivate a support network for myself and devote time to continuous professional development.

I am committed to promoting awareness, understanding, and support for people facing challenges related to alcohol or other addictive substances, no matter where they are in their journey or use.

My realisation that alcohol takes more than it gives, started a long journey to reduction, by learning to process feelings and give priority to my self care and growth. These are my personal choices and I see my struggles as a strength. I do not enforce abstinence on anyone, except in cases where I will recommend it when directly related to your coaching goals and well-being choices.

I believe in inclusivity and work to ensure all feel welcome. To that end I do not discriminate in my coaching practices based on personal struggles with substance use.  All our welcome and data points are information.

I aim to cultivate an open-dialogue coaching environment, one where others feel safe exploring their challenges and seeking support without fear of judgment or stigma. Through personalised coaching, education, and encouragement, I empower others to make informed decisions about their health, well-being and prioritisation of self-care. There is no standard solution or coaching plan, we all benefit from the lessons of others and I have plenty of experience to share.
