After 25 years of corporate technology practice I shifted to focus on my interest in small business focused tasks, alongside habit change coaching and mentoring.

I am an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner level and will make tech human for small business owners.
If you are looking to change an unwanted behaviour I also offer Mindset Coaching. You will distance or reframe unhelpful thoughts, set direction and kick start a future or skills of your choosing. If you feel progress is slow in any aspect of your life and want some wind in your sails get in touch.
I hold TNM ALP certification and volunteer with the Forward Trust, a social justice charity supporting people to recover from addiction or leave behind crime.
